Direct Support Professional – Day Programming
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting at $16/hour

This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with developmental disabilities in reaching their personal goals through engaging activities and skill-building programs—all during consistent daytime hours.

Position Summary

As a Direct Support Professional in our Day Program, you will provide direct care and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Through structured training and recreational activities, you’ll help promote independence, enhance self-help skills, and create a positive and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and supervision for assigned individuals
   
• Assist in planning and delivering daily training and leisure activities
   
• Promote self-help and independent living skills
   
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
   
• Follow individualized care plans and accurately document progress

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
  
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  
• Three years of driving experience preferred.
  
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others thrive.
