Job Summary
This recruitment will be used to form an eligibility list. The eligibility list will be active for a period of one year and will be utilized to fill current and future vacancies in this classification.
Job Purpose Statement: Under general direction of the Program Director, perform difficult and varied coordinating and secretarial duties in relieving the director of administrative, technical, accounting, and clerical details.

Requirements / Qualifications
• Experience: Four years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience including office and/or project management.
• Education: Education at a level to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
Salary Info
Initial placement is on the first step of range. EDCOE pays $540/month toward medical; no cost dental, life insurance, EAP, long term disability; $4.64/month vision; CalPERS retirement.
