Shift: The hours of work for this role are rotating weekly;
05:00-13:00 / 13:00-21:00 Monday to Friday.

The Ideal Candidate
- We’re looking for individuals who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Practical and dependable, with good attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team in a busy production environment
- Aware of hygiene, quality, and safety requirements in food manufacturing
- Flexible and open to a rotating shift pattern
- Food Hygiene Level 2 is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the safe, efficient production of food products, following all relevant procedures and standards
- Carry out a variety of key production tasks, including feeding materials, packing into inner and outer cartons, box making, and palletising
- Prepare and handle fresh and frozen fish and ingredients in line with product specifications
- Perform line feeding, decanting, weighing, and mixing of ingredients
- Complete polybag sealing, cartooning, lidding, collating, and packing (individual and catering packs)
- Stack and palletise boxes, while maintaining the flow of ingredients and packaging on the line
- Ensure equipment is functioning effectively and raise issues when necessary
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Escalate concerns to the Advanced Operative to support achievement of the shift production plan
