A bachelor’s degree or equivilent experience is required, while a master’s degree is preferred 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) preferred. BCLS certificate from American Heart Association or American Red Cross – required Strong background in sleep laboratory operations, including compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements (e.g., AASM, Joint Commission) highly preferred Expertise in polysomnographic testing, scoring, and sleep study interpretation. Proficiency in budgeting, payroll management, and inventory control to ensure financial efficiency. Experience implementing and improving workflows, protocols, and operational procedures in a clinical setting. Strong data analysis skills to track and report performance metrics. Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and evaluate technical and administrative staff. Experience in staffing, recruitment, and HR processes, including scheduling and performance management.
