The Lead Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for exceeding standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.
As a Lead Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.
Maintain client relationships by booking services, answering questions and sending follow-up emails
Effectively manage employee's schedule
Assist in managing inventory
- Book Face Parties
- Lead customer service initiatives
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
- Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
- Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
- Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
Experience
Guest Service Experience (1 year)
Sales and Marketing Experience
Salon Experience Preferred
Current Esthetic Students Preferred
