Regional Project Manager Earn and Learn
The Regional Project Manager will lead efforts to develop and expand earn and learn models in partnership with regional academic institutions across Northwest and Northeast Ohio. This role is central to strengthening pathways aligned with manufacturing technician-related associate degree programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct technical assistance to colleges to support the adoption, implementation, or expansion of earn and learn strategies.
- Coordinate efforts between academic institutions and workforce development partners to expand targeted career coaching and holistic student support services.
- Assess the current state of earn and learn programming at each institution and develop tailored technical assistance plans that guide strategic growth.
- Utilize existing earn and learn tools while collaborating with the Manager of Training Projects to identify and integrate best practices for program design and sustainability.
- Facilitate the scaling of earn and learn partnerships with a focus on employer engagement and long-term workforce alignment.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Associate degree required, with significant relevant experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree preferred, along with 2–3 years of related professional experience
- Additional job-specific training may be considered as a plus
