Full-Throttle Opportunity to Grow Our Pack!
Are you ready to ride at the front of the pack and connect people with the freedom of the open road? At our Harley-Davidson dealership, we live and breathe the spirit of adventure, and weâre looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in customer engagement and appointment setting.
This role is about more than just callsâit's about relationships. Youâll be the engine driving new business by keeping the communication lines roaring between the dealership and our riders (and soon-to-be riders).
Â
đ Core Purpose
Your mission is to connect, follow up, and fire up customersâpotential, new, and returning. Youâll guide them smoothly into the dealership, helping them start their journey to owning or servicing a Harley-Davidson. From the first call to the final handshake, youâre the heartbeat of our customer flow.

- Confirm appointments with the same energy youâd use to start your own Harley-Davidson.
Relationship Building & Customer Care
- Keep customers in the loop about their inquiries, our inventory, promos, and more.
- Ensure every customer interaction is memorableâwhether by phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Be a vital link between BDC and the sales team to ensure seamless transitions.
- Support special promotions and new inventory outreach.
- Be the go-to for accurate and up-to-date product info.

- Occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Use of hands and bending requiredâespecially when helping at events or handling gear.
Â
đž Work Environment
- Office-based role, with a collaborative, high-energy team.
