About the Role:

The Leadman position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our team in Beaumont, TX. This role involves overseeing daily activities, coordinating tasks, and providing guidance to team members to achieve production goals. The Leadman will be responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, this position requires effective communication with management and other departments to facilitate workflow and resolve any issues that may arise. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
