About the Role:

The Leadman position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our team in Beaumont, TX. This role involves overseeing daily activities, coordinating tasks, and providing guidance to team members to achieve production goals. The Leadman will be responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with company policies. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
