Diagnostic Medical Sonography Clinical Director
Location: PMI Renton Campus
Position Type: Full-Time
Hiring Salary Range: $93,635 - $117,040 per year

Lead clinical education at our ARDMS-accredited Renton program and train the next generation of diagnostic medical sonographers. Partner with top clinical sites while enjoying our modern labs and competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership
• Establish/maintain partnerships with Valley Medical Center, Swedish, and other Puget Sound clinical sites
• Ensure compliance with WA DOH regulations and program accreditation standards
• Oversee student clinical rotations and radiation safety protocols

Student Development
• Maintain 80%+ student success rate through individualized coaching
• Conduct competency evaluations using Phillips EPIQ/GE Voluson equipment
• Submit final grades and progress reports

Program Excellence
• Collaborate with Program Director on ARC-ST accreditation requirements
• Adapt curriculum to meet Puget Sound healthcare employer needs
• Participate in lab instruction (AB/OB-GYN specialties)

Qualifications

Required Credentials
• Associate's degree (CHEA-accredited); Bachelor's preferred
• 3+ years clinical experience as:

• RDMS (AB + OB/GYN required)

• RVT/RCS credentials strongly preferred
  • Current WA State DOH certification

Technical Skills
• Proficiency with PACS, AI imaging tools, and simulation technology
• Knowledge of WA healthcare regulations
