As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of an outgoing and high energy leader to fill our part-time Party Coach Supervisor role. Our birthday party team works with our guests to host the perfect combination of entertainment, attractions, and refreshments to build memories that last a lifetime!

Requirements

In joining our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Working with the department manager to help lead our birthday party team
• Ensuring events are high-energy, fun, and safe
• Greeting and communicating with party guests and parents
• Guiding the entertainment to ensure events stay on track
• Serving as the point of contact during party events
• Building client relationships through outstanding hospitality
• Cleaning and organizing, as needed, before and after parties
• Creating a positive overall experience for children and parents by handling unexpected challenges quickly and fairly 
• Conducting training sessions with newly hired party coaches to ensure they are familiar with procedures, quality standards, and company policies
• Confirming that coaches have access to the necessary resources to effectively carry out their duties

To be a great fit, you'll have:

• Availability to work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (all or a combination of days)
• At least one year of child supervision or applicable experience - experience managing birthday parties is a plus
• An attentive, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Dependability and punctuality
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to problem solve on the fly
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
