What You’ll Do:

This is a blended role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on service when needed to ensure continuity and excellence. As the Lawn Care Branch Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and coach your local team to deliver top-tier service
• Manage daily operations, performance goals, and production schedules
• Support your team through training, coaching, and in-field mentoring
• Monitor compliance, safety, inventory, and equipment needs
• Handle customer communication, service resolution, and quality standards
• Hire, develop, and retain a strong local team while managing budget goals

Requirements

 What You Need:

• Proven leadership roles in residential services or production teams
• Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk 8–12 miles daily
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and background check required
