Key Responsibilities:
- Help shape our partnerships strategy and lead the execution of it.
- Source, negotiate, and close channel partnerships, from identifying shared-value opportunities to signing agreements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to launch and grow scalable partnerships that directly impact revenue and new logo acquisition.
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships to drive maximum value for Antom and our partners.
- Build repeatable processes and create a framework to evaluate, onboard, and grow future channel partnerships.
What we are looking for:
- Ambitious individual network in the local market who is looking to innovate.
- Understanding of payment systems and digital solutions.
- Proven experience selling complex enterprise solutions and/or payment services to both working-level and senior executive decision-makers.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to analyze client needs deeply and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.
