Core Role Responsibilities
Perform pre-installation and post-installation inspections
Anticipate roadblocks that could impact customer expectations; job costs and/or code performance, and recommend solutions
Coordinate return visits; convey needed services, materials, and labor to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with relevant post-close stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of daily activities
Fulfill service appointment specifications
Maintain company assets in excellent working order
Maintain a substantive knowledge of our products, install techniques, and construction
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
3+ years professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects
Valid drivers license and ability to meet company insurance standards
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel; experience with Customer Relationship management systems preferred
Capability to navigate various applications on an iPad
Customer-centric mindset
Superior time and project management skills
Impeccable prioritization and organizational skills
Innate sense of urgency
