Position Summary:
Micro-Mode Products is seeking a full-time Seal Lab Assembler to join our team in El Cajon, CA. This role is responsible for assembling glass-to-metal seals and other hermetic products in accordance with customer specifications, playing a key role in ensuring product quality and reliability.
Essential Responsibilities:- Assemble and process glass-to-metal seals and hermetic components
- Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with engineering drawings
- Inspect and maintain tools and fixtures for proper form, fit, and function
- Identify and report equipment issues to the supervisor
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Seal Lab Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus
