Duties

You will conduct studies of the Security Department program efficiencies and effectiveness.,You will provide reports results to Security Program Manager, including recommended solutions and improvement plans of actions for correction.,You will provide analyses and reports in written, oral and presentation formats.,You will use various personal computer software to manipulate data and develop presentations.,You will maintain the Security Department manpower documents.,You will process Request for Personnel Actions (RPA) in the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties: 1) Providing assistance to program managers/personnel to implement improvement initiatives, corrective actions, and problem solving efforts as they apply to program execution; 2)Preparing data presentation, and developing actions plans to resolve problems or improve efficiencies; and 3) Processing internal correspondence, processing Request for Personnel Actions, and processing and maintaining military performance evaluations.
