Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative who will be focused on selling a portfolio of products to customers in all business segments and territories in Canada.
Contributions to the team will include:
- Responsible for closing and supporting business to achieve (or exceed) pre-determined sales quota
- Support the Salesforce (SF) activities including updating and maintaining the account database and support email and marketing campaigns
- Provide support to Channel partners for sales quotes and parts requirements
- Assist in responding to RFP (bid) opportunities across all business segments
- Support Canadian customer part requests, quotations, order processing, trouble shooting and customer concerns
- Work closely with the Canadian sales and support staff to achieve revenue goals
- Generate Net New Business via cold calling, virtual product demonstrations, and development of current customers
- Become proficient in all business segment products, product knowledge and functionality, and highly skilled with product demonstrations
- Work with the internal and 3rd party service groups to support and trouble shoot customer service requirements
- Recognize market trends and/or issues and suggest solutions to increase customers’ profitability
- Occasional travel to customer sites and/or tradeshows as needed
What we ask of you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years’ previous experience in inside sales role, preferably selling capital equipment
- Prior Pharmacy or healthcare industry experience
- Prior capital equipment sales experience is preferred
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales quota
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of Salesforce.com
- As a successful candidate, you will remain flexible in an ever-changing environment, be collaborative, and possess great communication skills.
