Position: Patient Ambassador
The Patient Ambassador is the first voice of Monogram Health that patients encounter. This role is responsible for initiating outbound calls to patients to educate them on the benefits of their healthcare plan and to encourage and facilitate their enrollment into our program. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in sales and customer engagement, with a proven ability to influence decision-making and drive conversions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
The Patient Care Center operates seven (7) days per week between the core business hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (CST) Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST) Saturday and Sunday. This is an on-site position, and weekend and holiday availability may be required. All Patient Care Center staff are expected to demonstrate adaptability, empowerment, collaboration, ownership, compassion, and integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducts a high volume of outbound calls (both warm and cold leads) to prospective patients and receives inbound calls from patients and providers.
- Applies consultative sales techniques to effectively communicate and sell the value of Monogram Health, aligning services with patient needs to increase enrollment.
- Demonstrates strong objection-handling skills and persistence in converting leads into program participants.
- Re-engage existing patients to schedule annual exams or follow-up visits, reinforcing the value of Monogram Health services.
- Follow established procedures, workflows, and scripts to ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate communication with Monogram Health offerings.
- Accurately documents all interactions with Salesforce and other systems as required.
- Build rapport and trust with patients through professional, empathetic, and persuasive communication.
- Collaborates with internal teams to support patient care and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Proficiently uses multiple software platforms and electronic health records in a multi-screen environment.

Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- English language proficiency required; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Demonstrated success in sales, telemarketing, or outbound appointment setting, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
- Strong ability to influence, persuade, and close through phone-based interactions.
- Proven ability to learn and retain information in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability.
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in home health or care management is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
