Hybrid Day Break Assistant - No Weekends or Holidays! at Bethesda

Summary: The Day Break Assistant is a universal caregiver, providing immediate personal care to clients; observing and reporting any changes in physical condition or behavior to program director and RN consultant, assisting with planning, preparing and implementing daily activity program and serving meals/snacks and assisting with clean-up as assigned.
