Job Overview
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This role is critical in managing the sales pipeline, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling the sales team with the tools, processes, and insights needed to win. You will serve as the connective tissue between leadership, sales, programs, and product to ensure alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Market sizing: Develop market map for business units leveraging multiple sources of insight to shape decision making and inform sales priorities.
Pipeline Management: Own and maintain the integrity of the sales pipeline (CRM hygiene, stage progression, forecasting accuracy).
Special Projects: Structure complex, ambiguous problems, collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions, and drive execution from planning to implementation.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business development leads, programs, production, and finance to ensure smooth handoffs and visibility.
Process Optimization: Standardize sales processes including qualification, pursuit, and capture to drive consistency and scalability.
Reporting & Insights: Develop and deliver dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with tools, templates, collateral, and training to increase effectiveness.
Qualifications
6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles OR compelling experience in consulting
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
Strong command of foundational analytics tools (Excel) and ability to quickly master new software tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
