About the Opportunity:
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across global markets and multiple channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, affiliates, influencers, ASO)
- Own and optimize key KPIs: CAC, LTV, payback period, ROI, conversion rates
- Build a high-performing acquisition team, and establish an experimentation culture with rapid iteration
- Collaborate closely with product, data, local market and brand teams to drive growth loop efficiency
- Explore crypto-native acquisition levers (airdrop, token incentives, referral programs, ambassador strategies)
- Build robust attribution models and reporting frameworks for better decision-making
- Stay on top of market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities
What We Look For In You:
- 6+ years of user acquisition or growth marketing experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Hands-on experience managing global paid channels and large user acquisition budgets
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel analysis, and experimentation methodology
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial apps is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with attribution/analytics tools (e.g., GA, Adjust, AppsFlyer)
- Fluent in English; multi-market/global background is a plus

- Experience with Web3-native growth channels (on-chain referral, token-based incentives, community-driven campaigns)
- Background in early-stage hyper-growth companies
