Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with a strong track record in both lateral and campus hiring. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment, be hands-on with sourcing strategies, and bring expertise in leveraging data and tools to drive hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the entire recruitment cycle for IT roles across levels, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive campus hiring initiatives, including institute engagement, coordination, and selection processes.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels and proactively self-source for critical and senior positions.
• Screen and assess candidates through competency-based interviews to ensure role fitment and alignment with organizational values.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and account teams to understand business needs and hiring plans.
• Partner with the marketing team to create and amplify job postings across relevant platforms and social channels.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards using Excel or PowerBI for regular hiring reviews.
• Ensure efficient usage of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for pipeline tracking, candidate engagement, and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in managing campus hiring programs.
• Proficient in creating recruitment reports using Excel or PowerBI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with any ATS or recruitment platform.
