At Provectus, we help companies transform with AI and cloud technologies. We work with global clients in industries like healthcare, retail, media, manufacturing, and tech. Our projects range from building ML infrastructure to scaling AI across entire organizations — all powered by our strong partnerships, especially with AWS.
We’re a remote-first company with a collaborative culture and a focus on innovation, curiosity, and learning. Right now, we’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented to help us coordinate and streamline the internal processes that keep our partnerships running smoothly.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Cloud Partner Funding Specialist to support internal coordination, documentation, and communication efforts tied to our partnership with AWS and other strategic initiatives. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone early in their career who is self-motivated, curious, and loves structure and clarity. You’ll help us keep things organized across internal teams (sales, marketing, alliances), while also making sure that external updates, reports, and inputs into partner systems (like Amazon Partner Network) are accurate, clear, and submitted on time. No deep technical knowledge is required — what matters most is your ability to gather information, follow up, organize moving parts, and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
Process Coordination
Help document and improve internal workflows and handoffs across teams
Track key action items, SLAs, and deadlines for partner-related initiatives
Ensure smooth execution of repeatable internal processes like event prep, internal enablement, and reporting
Information Gathering & Submission
Collect updates, metrics, and reports from internal stakeholders
Organize and transform messy inputs into clear summaries or formatted partner reports
Maintain accurate records in systems like Amazon Partner Network and Google Drive
Internal & External Communications
Draft internal briefs, updates, and recaps
Support weekly syncs and meeting follow-ups
Help turn internal intelligence into partner-ready formats
Project & Initiative Support
Help operationalize new ideas (marketing pilots, AWS-funded initiatives, etc.)
Track timelines, deliverables, and cross-team responsibilities
Flag when things go off track — and help fix them proactively
Requirements
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
A self-starter attitude — someone who’s proactive and not afraid to reach out
Enjoys structure, documentation, and finding clarity in complexity
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, and other collaboration tools
Some experience with CRMs, project tracking tools, or systems like Salesforce/HubSpot is a plus
A general interest in tech, cloud, or marketing/partnerships is great, but not required
Ideal Candidate Profile
Is early in their career and eager to learn
Has an interest in how companies are adopting AI
Can work independently but communicate often
Likes making sure things are “in order”
Gets satisfaction from keeping things moving and closing loops
