Collaborate with team members to determine the best practices and client
requirements for software requirements.
Analyze and test programs and
products before formal launch.
Overseeing all aspects of the project, including
planning, scheduling, scrum facilitation, resource allocation, QA testing,
Deployment planning.
Actively seek ways to improve business software
processes and interactions.
Support Agile based SDLC by creating necessary
standards, tools, and best practices.
Assist team with making appropriate
commitments through story selection, task definition, and sizing. Meeting with stakeholders.
Participate in the organization and planning of the development
schedule identifying and managing dependencies and major milestones.
Facilitate the team's progress toward their goals by using the current Program
Increment (PI) Objectives as Iteration Goals.
Masters degree in computer science related with 6 months of experience.
Position requires expertise in Software engineering, Agile & Scrum methodologies, Cloud
computing, Data Mining, Database Management, Data Visualization, Project Management
Tools (JIRA & HubSpot), and an ability to manage large-scale projects. Position requires
strong problem solving and communications skills.
Position requires 20-30 % travel to support client meetings, gather and refine
requirements, perform live demo, conduct stakeholder feedback and attend
project follow-up alignment for delivery.
Area of travel (Virginia).
