Role 1: Outside Sales B2B Representative (FSM)

You're a closer. You thrive in direct sales and know how to create value, and close business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet owners in your exclusive territory
  • Our in-house call center sets your appointments
  • Use Salesforce (CRM) to manage your pipeline
  • 15–20% overnight travel
  • Event networking
  • Exclusive partnership with the United Stated Conference of Mayors (USCM)

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of B2B/direct sales (intangibles preferred)
  • Experience owning or managing a business (a plus)
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive results
  • Unshakable confidence in face-to-face sales settings

Role 2: Senior Executive Analyst

You're a business strategist. A polished communicator with real-world leadership and financial acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operations and P&Ls on-site
  • Run consulting engagements nationwide (46+ weeks/year)
  • Deliver recommendations directly to business owners
  • Travel 100% (Sun-Thurs, nationwide)

What You Bring:

  • 15+ years in C-suite, ownership, or senior leadership
  • Strong financial analysis and business operations expertise
  • Boardroom presence and fearless communication style
  • Resilience, honesty, and a desire to fix what’s broken
