Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of Kohl's Media Network tactical recommendations and plans in partnership with both internal and external partners.
What You’ll Do
Actively seek to build digital media knowledge, inform team and empower others’ continuous learning
Identify opportunities for measuring and monetizing success, including revenue growth, ad performance and customer engagement
Serve as a thought leader in the industry by staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in advertising measurement
Develop a profound understanding of both Kohl’s Enterprise business and how the competitive landscape impacts performance and KMN brand strategy
Establish and build meaningful cross-functional relationships with key partners
Establish benchmarks and analyze results to inform budget and spend across tactics
Improve ways of working via structured meetings, documentation, processes and action plans across all RMN functions
Continuously searching for opportunities to level up KMN insights, case studies, and brand positioning.
Individually presents completed analyses to leadership and key partners, follow up to ensure understanding of insight implications
Find upsell moments and create opportunity to build KMN investment
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
3+ years of experiences in digital media or related experience
Experience with retail / apparel clients is a nice to have
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a team setting and maintain relationships across internal colleagues
Can meet tight deadlines and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities
