SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

We are seeking an energetic individual to join our Business Development team and become a key player in growing Salience Health & TMS Neuro Solutions through developing new and maintaining referral doctor pipeline management and enhancing brand awareness. 

As a Community Outreach Liaison, you will play a crucial role in our marketing and sales efforts through the development of qualified leads resulting in more patient consultations, doctor meetings, referrals and most importantly new patient starts.

Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, a passion for mental health and the need for improvement in health care, the desire for self-improvement, the always be learning mentality, and the drive to not only meet but exceed sales targets.

Working closely with our Community Outreach Manager, Director of Provider & Community Engagement, Director of Marketing, Patient Liaison team, and Care Navigators. This will give you the opportunity to state of the art sales training and the skills to develop your career at Salience Health/ TMS Neuro Solutions. This role will be groomed to move into a Business Development position 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

- Manage incoming patient lead flow using phone sales techniques 

- Patient education for all Salience Health outpatient and ancillary services including: TRD level education, TMS, CNS, qEEG and Brainview for all patients sent over from a provider

- Identify potential outside referral sources through prospecting, using the phone, email, or other methods

- Maintain call volume of 30-40 calls per day with the intent to generate, qualify, and increase key leads and create a pipeline 

- Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce (including calls, prospect pipeline, creating new accounts, territory management.)

- Meet or exceed key activity metrics for daily calls, emails, consultations, and lunches booked

- Collaborate closely with Marketing team to create and execute new digital and social media marketing campaigns targeting both patients and providers.

- Expand knowledge of the industry and competitive marketplace, helping Salience TMS Neuro Solutions/ Salience Health to become the leading provider of TMS in the nation.

- Support Salience Health/ TMS Neuro Solutions team in community events and promotions in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex

- Building and Maintaining Relationships with PCPs. Psychiatrists, Therapists, and other specialties 

- Coordinate and run events, Symposiums for Community Outreach Team

- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications and internet navigation

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- College Degree or equivalent

- 1-2 years of sales experience, customer service or lead generation

- Behavioral Healthcare industry experience 

- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred but not required

-Knowledge of EMR

Environment: 30% Office setting employee, desk, or cubicle. 70% to be out of the office to meet with Providers or key decision makers.

Physical Demands: Ability to be on the phone 70-75% of the day and/or travel with in the DFW area to meet with external Providers.

Vision: Good vision, will be working in front of a computer, the ability to dial on the phone multiple times a day, speak to patients and providers to educate about TMS
