JOB DESCRIPTION:

Auto Glass Now is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales & Partnership Program Manager to support our local and national sales teams through effective project management, sales enablement, and client coordination. This role is critical to the success of our partnerships, driving operational excellence across key accounts and enhancing the efficiency and impact of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Management

  • Serve as the project manager for key client insurance accounts ensuring timely deliverables and internal coordination.

  • Lead the onboarding and integration process for new clients in partnership with sales and technical teams.

  • Support ongoing account management efforts for key accounts

Sales Enablement & Marketing Support

  • Develop, maintain, and update customized sales decks and marketing collateral for the sales team.

  • Create and coordinate local sales marketing sheets tailored to specific markets or campaigns.

  • Manage the creation and upkeep of a central library for training materials and sales marketing tools to ensure easy access by the team.

  • Provide data and presentation support for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, including reporting for specific insurance carriers.

CRM & Data Management

  • Own daily CRM updates for the local sales team, including account moves, additions, and maintenance.

  • Maintain and refine the local sales account list in coordination with sales leadership and strategy teams.

Marketing & Communication

  • Manage coordination and scheduling of e-blasts to local and national insurance partners .

  • Coordinate the logistics and marketing needs for trade shows and local sales events.

  • Oversee distribution and inventory of marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery to sales representatives.

Other Duties

  • Respond to ad hoc sales team requests with speed and accuracy.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of partnership and sales support functions.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales support, marketing operations, or client/project management role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing tools (email platforms, design tools, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range:

$71,100.00 - $127,000.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
