The Role
Wpromote is seeking an experienced Group Director, Growth (Agency Sales) to lead a team of high-performing new business sales reps. This critical leadership role will manage a team of 6-8 sales reps to generate pipeline, manage opportunities, and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create and execute winning pitch strategies.
As a first-line sales leader in a fast-moving environment, this role requires experience and a process-driven mindset for helping others meet and exceed quota. The ideal candidate will master the use of our Command of the Message sales methodology and coach reps to apply it effectively to source, accelerate, and win deals.
Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will play a pivotal role in Wpromote's continued expansion, ensuring our sales organization scales effectively while maintaining the consultative, relationship-driven approach that has made us a leader in the digital marketing space.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $160,000- $215,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
