About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support the Corporate Art Program. This position will execute projects that support Wells Fargo’s Corporate Art Program, with a focus on project development as well as asset tracking and maintenance. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with peers on collections management and donation projects.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with management to identify strategic goals and project plans
Create art presentations to present to partner lines of business
Organize and track projects for Corporate Art Resources
Execute administrative tasks and documentation
Attend planning meetings, develop budgets for art placement projects
Oversee impactful donations through the workflow process
Contribute to art requests from across the footprint
Arrange, describe and track art in a collections database
Prepare items for storage and apply appropriate preservation and rehousing methods
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working through art placement process in a corporate or museum setting
Experience applying collections management best practices
Experience with the various techniques needed to handle fragile and valuable objects
Experience working on large and/or complex projects involving corporate art collections
Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers
Job Expectations:
