We’re hiring an Analytics Engineer to help shape the way data powers our product. As part of the Product Analytics group, you’ll build the critical infrastructure that transforms raw data into actionable insights - ensuring our teams can make confident, high-impact product decisions.
This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, giving you the opportunity to work with both technical and business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Data Infrastructure & Modeling
- Design and implement robust data models to transform raw data into analytics-ready tables.
- Maintain and improve dbt pipelines with a focus on scalability, modularity, and documentation.
Continuously evolve our data models to reflect changing business needs and product changes.
Data Quality & Monitoring
- Build and maintain a comprehensive testing infrastructure to ensure accuracy and trust in our data.
Monitor pipeline health, including event stream integrity, and lead troubleshooting efforts.
Team Enablement & Collaboration
- Guide the team’s analytics code development process using Git and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and product managers to align data with business questions.
Create dashboards and reports in Tableau to make insights accessible and actionable.
Optimization & Efficiency
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce cost and improve performance across our data stack.
Support scalability and performance of data pipelines through proactive engineering.
Must-Haves
- 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, or similar data roles.
- Advanced SQL skills, with deep experience using Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Proficiency with dbt for data transformation, modeling, and documentation.
- Experience with Tableau (or a comparable BI tool) for data visualization.
- Solid understanding of testing frameworks and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD for data workflows and analytics pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with event instrumentation and user behavioral data.
- Scripting ability in Python for automation and data processing.
Prior exposure to modern data stack tools such as Airflow, Fivetran, Looker, or Segment.
