Brown & Brown is seeking a Assistant Account Manager to join our growing team in Rome, GA! 

 

The Assistant Account Manager is responsible for retention and client relationship management. The Assistant Account Manager works in tandem with the Account Manager/Executive to assist and ensure customer satisfaction by processing services requests in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. 

 

How You Will Contribute: 

 

  • Prepare renewal letters and questionnaires for Account Manager review and follow up on quotes. 

  • Assist with marketing efforts by gathering information, preparing applications, and tracking quote activity. 

  • Complete the Commercial Lines Checklist and manage related documentation. 

  • Request experience modifications, worksheets, and order loss runs from relevant bureaus. 

  • Organize and assemble submissions, proposals, and insurance summaries. 

  • Set up and maintain policy files and create policy books as needed. 

  • Draft initial summaries of insurance coverage. 

  • Perform data entry and process invoicing in AMS360, including bonds and endorsements. 

  • Issue vehicle ID cards, certificates of insurance, and order MVRs as needed. 

  • Support special projects and tasks assigned by the Account Manager or Executive. 

 

Licenses and Certifications:  

 

  • Current Georgia Resident Property & Casualty Agent’s license 

  • Professional Designation (CISR, CIC, ARM, etc.)
