The Work:
The SAP Application Developer Lead is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
- Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
- Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
- Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
Here’s What You Need:
- 5 + years of SAP development experience
- SAP project management experience
- Experience leading teams
- Experience interacting with client leadership
- Secret clearance required
- Must be local to St. Louis and willing to work onsite 5 days per week, willing to relocate to St. Louis or willing to travel 100% to St. Loui
Bonus Points if you have:
- S4/HANA Delivery experience
- Fiori/UI5 Development experience
- Federal Consulting experience
- Relevant SAP certifications
Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizenship required (no Dual Citizenship)

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
