Major Duties:
- Serves as supervisor for a Property Team within a DCMA geographic region.
- Responsible for the administrative and technical supervision of assigned personnel, in accordance with established policies and procedures prescribed by regulations or directives from DCMA and the Government Contract Property Group.
- Represents the Director/Deputy in meetings and/or in coordination of matters with DCMA and top management personnel of procuring agencies, program offices, and private industry.
- Responsible for ensuring that personnel are performing the full range of property administration duties for assigned contractors.
Qualifications: To qualify for a Supervisory Industrial Property Management Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-03 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-02 or GS-11 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Analyzing and evaluating contractor property management systems in accordance with the FAR/DFARS and other applicable regulatory, statutory, and contractual requirements. Evaluating contractor property management systems/processes to assess risks associated with both contractor performance and inherent process and product factors. Conducting pre-award surveys, contract reviews, and contract closeout for applicable property administrative actions. Making recommendations to upper management on workload requirements, personnel appointments, promotions, and reassignments.
