The role purpose is for Product delivery and/or operations in the given Finance business capability. Partner with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery.
Job Description
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary connection between Finance end to end Solution delivery and the Digital business for a given capability
Analyze, refine and filter requirements for delivering the necessary technology service to business.
Initiate and drive projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance. Establishes scalable, efficient, automated solutions for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation.
Solution Design of Finance system solutions in alignment with design and architectural standards, while meeting quality, performance, security and business requirements. Manage project teams in different locations.
Own and Drive the end to end Technical Product Delivery.
Ensure close coordination and seamless flow of communication and coordination across product layers i.e DB, API and frontend to achieve common goals and deliverables.
Ensure IT services are aligned with business strategy, business objectives, business requirements, standards and regulations
Responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, deploying, and supporting Databricks, Snowflake, PWA , .Net, mobile & web solutions to achieve defined business goals.
Active support and collaboration with technical leads to ensure and design a sustainable, scalable and performance oriented data model to serve reporting needs.
Act as Incident Manager, coordinating resolution across teams, ensuring SLA is met and working to reduce the number of incident.
Coordinate and track with scrum master and dev team leads to ensure availability of the right tools, access and technical assets to ensure proper development of team members.
Provide IT consulting to the capability stakeholders, educate them on IT processes and methodologies and drive adoption of global solutions
Communicate complex data or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower leadership to drive action based on the insights you derive.
What you’ll bring to the role:
University working and thinking level, degree in technical computer science or information security area or comparable education/experience
10+ years of relevant professional IT experience in the related functional area
Experience in Mobile/Web App architecture using PWA/hybrid strategies
Proficiency knowledge and experience on project management and documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Experience on various data modeling frameworks, both for OLTP and datawarehousing OLAP solutions and db DevOps automation.
Technical exposure to ETL orchestration tools like Airflow and Databricks workflows.
Relevant software engineering experience using Python, Scala and SQL in a reporting-focused role
Experience in designing, developing and deploying reliable and scalable Microservices for wide and complex domains
Knowledge on technical and operational expertise with IT technologies like: iOS, Snowflake, Bitbucket or equivalent source code repository tool AWS foundational .
Pluses: Experience with software development in any of the following frameworks: .NET Framework or .NET Core, NodeJS, Java
Pluses: PMP, SM or equivalent certification.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly and concisely in a variety of settings and styles; is effective in a variety of formal presentation and meeting settings
