Hybrid Operational Shifting Assistant Engineer at NXP Semiconductors N.V.

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operational Shifting Assistant Engineer to help monitor and maintain facility systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is suitable for candidates with less than 2 years of experience, including fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a stable and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor facility systems, including:
- Air conditioning
- Electrical systems
- Water and wastewater treatment
- Exhaust and fire protection systems
- CDA (Compressed Dry Air) and bulk gas
- Security access and monitoring systems
- Perform regular system checks and data recording.
- Support routine maintenance and basic repairs, including building-related issues.
- Prepare daily shift reports and maintenance records.
- Assist with yearly goals and follow up on tasks assigned by supervisors.
Your Role in the Team:
- Help ensure all facility systems run smoothly and safely.
- Stay alert during daily checks to spot any unusual conditions early.
- Take care during maintenance to find root causes and suggest improvements.
- Monitor system status carefully to support early detection and problem-solving.
- Follow company and department rules, and complete tasks assigned by your supervisor.
