About The Role

We are looking for a smart and driven leader to have a direct impact on the future of our business by helping to influence global adoption of our award-winning Picus Security Validation Platform.
As Picus, we need a new teammate to meet and support the needs of our ever-growing and developing IT/IS infrastructures, cloud applications, and end-users. Our expectation from this person, who will follow our information security policies, system management and operations, and IT/IS support processes, is to manage the effective operation and administration of Picus end users.
As an IT Engineer, you will also handle user management, troubleshooting, and support for network connections, Apple devices and their operating systems, remote working activities, and cloud applications used in Picus's business environment.
We are looking for a candidate who collaborates effectively with other Labs, DevOps, SOC, and SecOps teams in information security and cloud applications management, and he/she manage the help desk issues, installation, monitoring, and maintenance in Picus and report ongoing IS operations to management.
