The Position
主要职责/责任
客户管理
- 与关键客户建立良好的信息沟通渠道, 探寻医疗卫生专业人士（HCP）观念、学术需求
- 传递专业化医学/疾病/产品信息
- 传递相应疾病领域的科学进展，促进医生制定规范治疗方案
- 传递罗氏产品的关键信息，提高罗氏产品认知，并收集反馈
- 递疾病领域诊断相关信息，助力生态圈内患者诊断率提升
学科建设
- 了解医院现有疾病领域诊疗路径及专家诊疗观念及流程
- 梳理相关治疗科室及诊疗流程上的痛点
- 通过搭建头部医院交流或跨院培训、教育会议进行医生/科室教育
- 逐步搭建规范化的诊疗平台
计划管理
- 规划相应生态圈的学术推广计划，和协作同事协商达成最终方案，并进行实施。
- 规范诊疗与疾病全程管理
- 自我管理和团队协作
能力与经验
- 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识， 良好学习能力
- 业务敏锐度
- 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力
- 多产品资源整合能力
- 正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维)
- 1年以上医药行业工作经验，医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
- 既往有销售/市场/医学经验
- 跨职能工作经验为佳
