What you’ll contribute to
As the Sales and Accessories Business Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of steering accessories sales strategy across our national network. You’ll shape plans and policies that energize the market and boost TMCA’s profitability.
This is a permanent full time opportunity based at Port Melbourne
How you’ll make an impact
Champion the design and execution of sales systems, policies, and procedures to meet national targets
Advise senior leaders on accessories sales frameworks to enhance guest satisfaction and align with broader sales goals
Elevate performance by analysing competitor activity, tracking market data, and sparking dealer engagement
Lead the charge in communicating progress and insights through forums and collaborative platforms
Keep the business informed by managing reporting tools that fuel smarter planning and forecasting

Proven success in dynamic sales & marketing environments
Degree-qualified or backed by equivalent hands-on experience
self-driven, with motivation that fuels excellence and persistence
Awareness of the Dealer network and how it functions would be an added advantage
