Job Summary: THIS IS AN INDEFINITE NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST TITLE 32 INDEFINITE, Position Description Number D0910000 and is part of the NH ARNG USPFO, National Guard. This vacancy is to gather applications that may or may not result in a referral or selection.

Major Duties:

  • As Program Manager for the Property Management Branch, performs analysis of supply procedures, services, directives and management functions of the branch and plans, organizes, reviews, evaluates and performs limited supervisory responsibilities over subordinates in accomplishing the work of the branch (i.e., Supply Accountability Assistance Instruction Team (SAAIT) and Property Asset Managers).

Qualifications: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is a Title 32 excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Military Grades: Enlisted E6 to E7 Compatible Military Assignments: 90, 92 series GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: (GS-09) - Must have at least 12 months of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-07). Experience analyzing, developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc. Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment. Knowledge of supply functions, cataloging, maintenance, and disposal procedures. Experience in cost estimates, budgets, or funding management. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support. Experience requiring person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. It is not necessary for applicants to possess the MOS/AFSC listed as compatible to the position in order to apply, however applicant must meet the qualifications for the position.
