Position Overview

The human resources generalist is responsible for executing tasks related to Human Resources, acting as a strategic point of contact for the company's employees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

What you'll do

  • Organizational development, looking at issues of work environment, culture and change management.
  • Promote human resources programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Management of labor relations by taking appropriate measures with employees who violate rules and regulations.
  • Support in the application of Psychosocial Risk Factor surveys and compliance with NOM-035.
  • Design, elaborate and update Human Resources metrics ensuring compliance with the indicators.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
  • Develop creative content for the different communication channels. Design graphic materials
  • engaging and efficient (printed materials, digital presentations, and videos)
  • Implementation of HR projects.
  • Administration and follow-up to the "Suggestion Box".
  • Support for the organization's social events.

Who you are

  • 3 years of experience in human resources.
  • Solid knowledge in Labor Relations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • General knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration or International Business or related.
  • Knowledge and application of NOM-035 and LFT.
  • Knowledge of HR Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Advanced English.
