Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room in 2003 at the University of Pennsylvania, by then student, Seth Berkowitz and we have been feeding the insatiable hunger of our fans ever since!  Today with more than 320 locations nationwide, Insomnia Cookies is continuing to expand our baking footprint and as a result of positive organic growth, we are actively adding a N.E. Regional Director of Operations to our current field leadership team.  Based out of our HQ in downtown Philadelphia, this key role will be responsible for the operational success of over 50 of our bakeries throughout the designated region.
