Join us as a Social Media Manager to pioneer Qonto's presence on TikTok, YouTube, and emerging video platforms, helping us reach and engage young entrepreneurs across Europe. You'll be the driving force behind our video-first social media strategy, creating authentic content that resonates with the next generation of business leaders.
As our first Social Media Manager focused on video platforms, you'll work closely with
Delphine de Roquemaurel, our Head of Marketing France, to establish Qonto as a trusted voice in the young entrepreneur ecosystem and significantly increase our brand visibility and consideration.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Social Media Manager - Video Platforms at Qonto, you will,
• Build our video presence from scratch on TikTok and YouTube, with potential expansion to Twitch, developing platform-specific strategies that drive reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Create and produce engaging video content independently using tools like CapCut and Figma, leveraging AI tools (Midjourney, Heygen) to scale content production efficiently
• Establish brand guidelines for video platforms, defining our tone of voice and visual identity to ensure consistent brand representation across all new channels
• Manage user-generated content (UGC) campaigns and collaborate with external agencies to amplify authentic client testimonials and success stories
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, paid media, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging while managing campaign budgets and optimizing performance through data-driven insights

Her path? Delphine joined Qonto in January 2025 after serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Stello (Qonto Insurance Partner), where she grew turnover 10x and expanded their customer base from 2,000 to 20,000. Prior to that, she led high-performing marketing and sales teams at multiple companies, implementing effective acquisition strategies across various channels and consistently driving business growth.
What can she bring to the team? Delphine's management style centers on trust and autonomy, creating an environment where team members can thrive without micromanagement. Through weekly one-on-one meetings, she'll provide guidance while giving you the freedom to innovate and contribute to Qonto's growth.

• Content creation skills: You're proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Figma) and AI content creation tools (Midjourney, Heygen), capable of producing high-quality videos independently from concept to publication
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution: You combine strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves - you're comfortable both developing platform guidelines and creating content yourself
• Strong personality and negotiation skills: You have the confidence to break down barriers, negotiate with stakeholders, and take calculated risks to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment
