Product Analyst DO II

Location: Remote

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Product Analyst will work with the Digital Product Manager of the Service Domain to drive the composition of sprint assets supporting the approved Service Journey enhancements and execution roadmap. This role is responsible for successful execution of the product vision through user story research and development, collaboration with the business and development teams and validation of acceptance criteria supporting delivery of best in class digital experience across all digital aspects of Service enhancements as measured through priority KPI’s. This role will also work with Customer Care to evaluate and validate Digital features and enhancements to help Customers self-service through key needs including but not limited to: Order/Shipping status, Return/Cancellation/ Repairs, Warranty/Appraisals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research/Analysis/Measurement

  • Analyze customer data from Medallia (Customer survey and NPS data) and other sources to identify trends and propose solutions to product issues and introduce customer centric enhancements
  • Conduct user story research to clearly define the requirements and associated benefits
  • Measure, track, and report results from completed initiatives utilizing Omniture, Medallia and other resources
  • Partner with the Product Manager to monitor, evaluate and report on initiatives and KPIs to improve the customer experience

Execution/Delivery

  • Work with the Product Manager to understand intent of the functionality being added or modified
  • Translate and document business requirements in the format of product epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Identify areas that might require further clarification or input by Business stakeholders and work to obtain this information in liaison with Product Manager
  • Work with Design Team to ensure intended functionality is reflected in the solution based on User Stories written
  • Provide input to Non-Functional Product Analyst on areas where technical system capabilities may need to be modified or tested
  • Assist product manager with the refinement, grooming and prioritization of the product backlog
  • Assist with manual testing of product functionality to validate whether the requirements have been met and to ensure that the desired state has been reached
  • Participate in the development and execution of product demonstrations with stakeholders to ensure successful product launch.
  • Daily activities include, but are not limited to: Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Grooming of User Stories, Retrospectives, Daily Scrum, Office Hours

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required
Certifications a plus.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Product /Project Management role
Customer focused.  Prior experience of using a customer mindset to deliver digital capability.
Experience in Agile delivery, design thinking practice and sprint planning.
Experience in best in class mobile design and development
Experience in using industry standard Agile tools – Jira, Confluence, et al.

The salary range for this opportunity is $60,000 - $82,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
