The Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead the pursuit of enterprise-level opportunities and transformative collaborations that represent major growth initiatives for Interpath. The territory for this role will include Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years sales experience with deep knowledge of clinical and anatomic laboratory industry
- Multiple sales award winner with a demonstrated track record of success
- Existing relationships and local knowledge of Clinical, Anatomical and Pathology specialties
- CRM-based pipeline management experience
- Proven success with new product launches and driving new business in a highly competitive and complex market
- Demonstrated success working in a highly matrixed environment with the ability to influence stakeholders
- The ability to travel up to 70% of the time for internal and external meeting
Focus:
- Lead business development efforts with large, complex accounts across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. This includes cultivating strategic relationships with health systems, hospital networks, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and other enterprise-level partners.
- Collaborate closely with Cheif Revenue Officer, Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure that all partnership agreements are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with Interpath’s operational capabilities—avoiding custom arrangements that hinder standardization, implementation, or long-term efficiency.
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to increase market share and achieve defined sales targets across the assigned three-state region.
Drive growth through frequent, high-impact client engagements, including both in-person and virtual meetings, to promote Interpath’s full suite of diagnostic and laboratory services.
Utilize HC1 (CRM) and other key data platforms to track performance metrics, guide strategic decisions, and manage customer relationships with precision.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities within the CRM, delivering accurate monthly forecasts and detailed territory performance narratives.
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, clinical leaders, and industry influencers across the territory.
Represent Interpath at regional and national industry events and internal sales meetings, as required, to stay aligned with market trends and organizational priorities
