Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
 

About the Role

As Manager, Product Marketing Strategy, you will define strategies for how we use products and brands throughout the content marketing ecosystem to increase customer relevance and deepen retailer connection.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive competitive and consumer insights for the category and key product classes, providing distilled information about our customer to guide product and marketing decisions

  • Build Seasonal and Annual Product Marketing Strategy, informed by Customer and Market Insights, aligned to brand and campaign goals

  • Establish best practices and vision for Product Marketing Strategy Team to ensure consistency across categories

  • Understand macro view of business to develop and implement product marketing tactics that have long-term impact on the organization and customer

  • Communicate strategy internally and externally, ensuring key partners are communicating and are aligned on short, mid, and long-term goals

  • Manage marketing strategy relationships with key partner brands/vendors

  • Manage and monitor progress of product marketing strategies as related to the category and customer

  • Drive product priorities and value integration for monthly stories 

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • 5-7 years Marketing Strategy or related experience

  • Proven ability to influence change and drive strategy

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent cross-functional partner, able to ensure teams understand and follow brand guidelines

  • Experience leading a team of direct reports
