Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and evolve the product roadmap for client’s Analytics Portal to align with client needs, market trends, and SaaS goals.
- Drive enhancements focused on intuitive UX and self-service capabilities to maximize client adoption and satisfaction.
- Champion the transition of client’s offerings toward a modern SaaS delivery model.
- Platform Development & Enhancements:
- Partner with Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams to launch reporting and analytics dashboards that pass UAT.
- Prioritize product improvements and support tickets based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure consistency in design, metrics, and terminology across reporting dashboards.
- User Experience & Adoption:
- Serve as the voice of the user to improve portal navigation, workflows, and overall experience.
- Create and maintain support assets including knowledge bases, training materials, and user documentation.
- Lead training and onboarding sessions for internal teams and key clients.
- Stakeholder Communication & Support:
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical users, keeping non-technical users up to date on status and priorities to deepen confidence and alignment.
- Voice of Customer (VoC): Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and capture business needs.
- Translate complex requirements and feedback into clear, actionable development plans.
- Provide post-release feedback loops through performance metrics, UAT coordination, and iteration cycles.
- Develop and recommend a support process to improve customer experience.
- Go-to-Market Enablement:
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure launches are well-supported with positioning, collateral, and those materials are kept up to date with changes.
- Drive product adoption through enablement programs and cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in analytics, Martech, AdTech, or SaaS platforms.
- Experience with BI tools (preferably Looker) and foundational knowledge of data visualization and analytics.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including engineering, business intelligence, data science, marketing and client services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Client-facing experience with a strong ability to gather and incorporate feedback.
- Experience with Retailer and CPG media, incentives, shopper marketing, or insights.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Jira.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
- Background in customer success, onboarding, or training is a plus.
