💼 What You’ll Do
As a CSR, you’re the first smiling face our clients see and the trusted guide they rely on. Your role is central to keeping our hospital running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
Warmly greeting clients and their pets, and helping them feel at ease
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and confirming visits
Coordinating follow-ups and reaching out to new or prospective clients
Discussing treatment plans and fees, processing payments
Helping clients choose the right products and services
Handling basic phone triage for urgent patient needs
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with daily administrative duties
Supporting hospital cleanliness (inside and out—including the not-so-glamorous parts!)
