We’re looking for a Controller to guide our accounting function and support a strong, compliant financial foundation. In this role, you'll help ensure accuracy and consistency across our financial reporting, while navigating both standard accounting practices and cannabis-specific regulations.

Your Impact:

• Ensure financial accuracy and integrity by overseeing the accounting function and leading month-end close and reporting processes
• Support strategic decision-making by delivering timely, reliable financial data to Finance leadership
• Improve operational efficiency by implementing standardized accounting policies and streamlining workflows
• Reduce risk and maintain compliance with GAAP and cannabis-specific financial regulations
• Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring clarity on goals, timelines, and accountability
• Support business scalability by strengthening internal controls, systems, and processes as we grow

Your Strengths:

• Hands-on experience with financial systems and lease accounting tools
• Background in a regulated industry (bonus points if it's cannabis)
• A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• Leadership experience guiding accounting or finance teams
