Global Payments is looking for a service oriented Lead Administrator in the Lindon, UT area. The Lead Administrator receives calls made to the Sales phone queue and routes to the appropriate department if not sales related or to a Merchant Sales Representative (MSR) as appropriate. They are also responsible for tracking Leads that come into the Sales phone queue via a Google doc in order to maintain equal distribution of these Leads among MSRs.
Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls, Qualify Sales Opportunities, and assign to Sales.
Receive incoming calls and route to the appropriate department if not related to a new account set-up or existing merchant hardware sale. If the call is sales related, as described previously, route the call to the appropriate MSR.
Track Lead Distribution
Process and create new Lead records in SalesForce and follow assignment instructions.
Regular attendance and compliance within the schedule assigned

Requirements:
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers over the phone.
Ability to learn and Identify Products and Capabilities
Excellent logic, reasoning and decision making skills.
Outstanding customer service and teamwork skills.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technology and priorities.
Ability to work under pressure, in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to focus.
