We are looking for an intern to join our Client Success Renewals team for a sixteen-week period lasting from early April to late July. The internship requires 20 hours of on-site work per week. Our paid internship provides the opportunity for students to gain practical experience in instructional design, process refinement, and project management.

What you will do:

  • Conduct a top to bottom review of our existing company-wide contract collection and housing. Perform an audit and re-organization of all company contracts while identifying key contract pieces.
  • Aid in the collection of key retention data and metrics. Perform analysis on data and report findings to our retention team for actionable insights
  • Assess the current contracting process and identify areas of improvement
  • Assess internal communication channels to identify areas for improved communication and increased alignment across internal organizations

What you will bring: 

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a business-related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
